    Cancer Protection
    This extremely comprehensive cancer insurance program pays to you the direct and indirect costs

  • Radiation Therapy / Chemotherapy / Immunotherapy pays up to $7500 per month.
  • New or experimental treatment up to $7500 per month.
  • Hospital Confinement up to 1000 dollars per day.
  • Surgery for the removal of a malignant growth pays up to $7,500.
  • Breast reconstruction up to $5000 per breast.
  • Bone Marrow and Peripheral Stem Cell Transplant up to $10000.
  • Lodging and transportation - for patient and adult companion.
  • Hospice, home health and rental or purchase of durable medical equipment.

    Disability Income Coverage
    Protect your paycheck from the financial hardships of an unexpected disability.
  • Total Disability Benefit for you regular occupation - 6 / 12 / 24 month option
  • Waiting period - 14 and 30 days (a longer waiting period reduces your premium)
  • Monthly benefit - $300 to $5000
  • Accidental Death benefit option - pays selected benefit for accidental death
  • Hospital Coronary Care or intensive care confinement option - $300 or $600 a day
  • Internal Cancer - first occurrence $2,000
  • Emergency Accident option - pays $250 per incident

    Critical Illness
    Protects you from financial hardship in the event of critical illnesses. Heart attack' invasive cancer,
    stroke, kidney failure, blindness, organ transplant, paralysis, HIV for medical personnel, loss of
